order was placed with Icici 25% Tuesday offer… with discounted bill @ 1106 … Actual Bill 1506 …
if i raise Replacement Request , what happens ??
in case of non-availability & thus refund of 85Rs amount of Product , will they Deduct Discount from my Wallet as Net Order amount falls below 1500 ??

They can Deduct 400rs from my BB wallet which has 1000+ amount…..
Aajkal pata nahin… Naye naye t&c le aate hain… They may say that Now Bill Amount is reduced to 1506-85=1421 …. (As 85refunded) …And since it falls below min 1500rs …As per The&C of ICICI offer , u r not eligible for the Discount ..
just send them the email with image and you will get the refund. BB will not take 400 for sure. And ask then to replace the product as they do that for free. It will come as debit you will get it back once the product is replaced.

I was in the same situation last week. I asked for replacement as they provided a wrong product. But even for replacement they gave brought wrong product. They said they will get the wrong product and credit the amount to wallet. I had same confusion and I told them that I will keep the product they gave earlier and no replacement is needed.
If I remember correctly someone here told that they had similar problem and their discount is debited from their wallet and finally he asked them to cancel the order and refund the money to his ICICI card.
i also had same experience . twice they replaced me with same returned expired product. Its new strategy from BB these days . Finally they made me cancel the order and refunded back to wallet . So no loss for them , they got the money and i am forced to buy some more crap with delivery charges extra .b*ll***t bb
I returned a product(Mrp100 say)last week, they deducted 25% of MRP = 25 n refunded rest(Rs75) to wallet.

Only thing is that post Opening , you shud consume with 3-4weeks max ( even if kept in fridge) …. it gets rotten easily due to ingredients
I am trying to buy groceries of 1500 applying the icici250 code, code does apply showing instant discount but when it takes me to the payment gateway and i select the icici debit card to pay it asks me the entire 1500 to pay even on the 3d secure page so how does the discount on bigbasket works?? Dimers please help????
