Bigbasket refunded in wallet i/o payzapp

Hello all.
I ordered thru bigbasket then i realised that i forgt to apply code on payzapp for 15% cb.. Then i canceled the order.. Now they refunded in bb wallet..
Please assist how to raise issue on this..
On app nothing is there.. Please guide

You can also tweet to them. They will ask more details in DM and will call you if necessary.

bb is really into such fraudulent activities. Why not by default process the payment back into original payment method.
Refund takes 7-14 days to credit. They don’t want to loose customer. Also don’t want the customer to call them again and again for asking refund.
So they credit the refund into wallet.
If you want the refund to your original source of payment, just chat with them via Bigbasket app and they will initiate the refund to the original source of payment.

There is an option to enter the code after the payment. You can check that. I tried once few months ago, it was successful.

Ask them to refund to the original payment mode.

If the don’t refund, raise a complaint (chargeback) with your bank.
I have applied for the loan in lend bazaar and paid the 280₹ to the big wallet but I haven’t received the loan amount.
Call their CS and ask for refund in source, they process the refund back
