BMS mywallet virtual card unable to find

Had loaded 1000 into mywallet as cash using ICICI bank last week..
Today unable to find mywallet section in a/c.. neither allowing to re-activate the wallet 
(P.S.- didn’t do any misuse/ multiple a/c fund transfer etc.. 
)
anyone else facing same issue?

its coming “Reactivate your mywallet”.. But when going to verify otp its not allowing..
error msg comes as “Mywallet is already activ##..”
seems like they blocked wallet..
Any benefits of BMS wallet ?
Just transfer to another wallet having vcc
they have disabled vcc feature for most of the users.
So what about the money already loaded as cash into those accounts?? How to get back it?? 
No update on this since 13 days or 10 days on another similar thread..
I too added money yesterday in 1 account, it got blocked today.
Contacted them on twitter and account got unlocked in 10 mins. Flat 10 mins from the time I tweeted.
u seem to be lucky.. last 5 days i am tweeting them.. no solution.. just they r replying to wait for 48 hours bla bla !!
They have removed the virtual card now altogether!!
Are you sure? I asked CC over chat, he said that it’s under maintenance and will be available in 24-48 hours
Looks like BMS VCC is discontinued. Got a call from BMS, the executive said that it’s discontinued. I told him that it’s completely unprofessional from BMS to discontinue its VCC without prior intimation to its users. The executive said that he will get back to me with the solution as to how the funds will be returned to the source account. I asked him why was your executive over chat saying that it’s under maintenance and it’s not discontinued to which he said he will get back to me with an update.
It seems to me that the executive aren’t sure as to what is happening.

2nd time by bms team & this time more irresponsibly
Last time it was wallet to bank stopped without intimation & lasted for months with no update whatsoever
It looks bigtree team isn’t reliable
Someone Pls tag ashish hemrajani asking simple reasons for not giving prior notice
As bms isn’t any small wallet or vcc
Final Update
They have temporarily discontinued BMS VCC and they don’t know when and if it’ll be back. He said that it has been discontinued due to some major misuse (probably known to us). Although he said that it’s temporarily discontinued but he didn’t sound optimistic. No word on why they discontinued it without prior intimation but assured me BMS gift voucher equal to the charges applicable on bank withdrawal.

money stuck in bms wallet.. cant even withdraw to bank before 3 days..

That means your wallet is blocked by them wont reactivate again
nope bro.. not blocked..
they have temporarily removed the vcc feature.. because of the 20% cb on load money offer which ended yesterday..
vccc might be under maintenance but your wallet has been blocked
i can see my wallet bro.. balance is also intact.. only vcc is missing..
PS: wallet was blocked initially but call CC n got it unblocked in 48 hours
still virtual card not available in a/c..
seems they have stopped it permanently..
