BMS - Transaction not done my me

Got up at 10 and shocked to see mail and sms that
Rs.850 gift voucher has been sent to “namamn ali” from BMS.
Amount deducted from AmazonPay and Rs.100 cashback also credited.
I have not done this transaction.
registered complain with Amazon and BMS …..

Why u guys not delink ur payment method after payment.
I always remove my all payment wallets after payment.
Don’t know, how they are doing it,
But few days ago someone also post regarding bms gv buy using LazyPay.
Remove all saved payment methods for your safety from all ur sites, where u use this
I don’t see any payment options in bms account setting. Can you help?
You can delink directly from merchant sites
Or directly from payment sites too,
Both options available with us.
In amazon, there is option available to delink from all sites, where we use amazon
In paytm also same option available.
I think someone should create a thread to aware everyone to delink their accounts!

For you too? Really weird. I have only paid on BMS with Amazon and after the txn is done, I delink the account most of the time.
4 Days … Still no response from BMS.
I don’t understand what to do …..
Seems like there’s a big issue with the BMS going on because I saw a couple a days person reported that Fraud BMS transaction is done using lazypay.
