when will it show final status that it is confirmed or waiting coz , train time from source is 4pm … and tatkal starts from 11 am ….

Refunded after deduction of small charge.

OP chances are very less as firstly the general waiting list clears then comes the turn of Tatkaal waiting list.

I suggest if today is your train go to railway station and ask for current booking window there you ask information.
Better take waitlist ticket from that window with that ticket you ll be able to board reservation coach.
Online ticket get automatically cancelled if not confirmed,so with that ticket you can’t board reservation coach.

And note go before chart preparation time else you ll not get waitlist paper ticket also.
