I have booked the movie ticket on BMS using Gift Voucher and balance by NetBanking.
If I click on the cancellation it is showing the refund amount after deducting handling charges and cancellation charges
will I get back refund first in Bank and then in form of voucher, or first will be voucher refund and then balance in bank ?
Also what if my voucher used for booking is expired, does the cancellation refund will give be in form of new voucher and new expiry date.

I gifted my booking.
But when I called the customer care they told the will issue a voucher with 7 days validity after deducting all the % and charges.
I had redeemed multi use voucher for this booking, may be for that reason they agreed to offer a new short time voucher.
not sure on refund process for discount codes or winpin’s.
