Have purchased Bookmyshow GV from Zingoy a month ago which is to expire on July 30. When I purchased the GV, the balance was full but now after a month it has 3₹ balance. I don’t know who used it on behalf of me. Though I’ve not shared the TV details with anyone. Any way out to resolve this issue? Please help.

This is not mistake of Zingoy bro… This happened only from ‘Sidhapan’ of OP bcoz he should use that gv within 10 days , nd happened due to ‘Haramipana’ of Gv seller who sold this gv on Zingoy…He noticed OP didn’t use this gv with in 10 days so he (gv seller) used the gv

why store your money in form of GV if you do not plant to use it within 10 days? ….you bought the gv from third party seller and after 10 days the seller used the voucher after getting paid from Zingoy. Now nothing can be done.

The gift cards purchased are covered under Zingoy’s buyer protection for 10 days hence we recommend you to use these gift cards at the earliest.
If you encounter a card with a balance discrepancy after 10 days of your purchase, unfortunately the gift card is no longer under the buyer protection scheme as we have already released the payment to the seller and validated the cashback. So it is important to check the balance and redeem it within 10 days from the date of purchase.
