Bought a flip cover from ebay. Not fitting properly. How to return it and get refund?

@dealbhai What’s the problem in returning it? Has the seller mentioned “No Returns” on the item page? If not, why not simply ask the seller? If he doesn’t agree then you can open a case with PaisaPay.

There is no problem as such. I wanted to know how to raise a return request in ebay.

@dealbhai Raise ebaywarranty claim, attach snaps of flip cover and select return and refund.. they will call you to send product back to seller and they will issue refund including shipping charge.. refund will be 10% extra as a coupon.. if you dnt need refund in the form of coupon, they will issue in original mode of payment + shipping charge coupon…

Attach 2-3 product pictures and submit paisa pay claim, they wont tell you to send the product, they will just refund back if the product is not worth more than Rs 200 especially in mobile phone accessories
