Brand Factory Order Issues
Is this company really serious about doing business or just wasting time and money of those who buy from them
orders being filed for exchange are being picked up after lot of calls emails and complaints on twitter and that too after 8-10 days
also after pick up they are not updating the pick up done on their systems
what has been dimers experience with this website

still no sign of the exchange product being dispatched 15 days have passed but no solution as yet 
same here still waiting for my shirt…
exchange product still not dispatch now on calls they put on waiting time for 15 mins and more and music keeps playing

I selected exhange option for larger size . From last 5 days nobody came to pickup my old one to deliver new one. I sent a mail too today but nobody replied .
i am yet to receive my shirt
its more than 3 weeks now

they are not responding on calls – twitter – email
brandfactory has still not processed the replacement order. Maybe they are in a plan to keep the returned product as well as money.

finally got my exchanged order today delivered 
Yes…I placed total seven orders using 500 rs off code…Till every order delivered but one of my order contained 3 items…Only i got 2 items and 3rd is still not packed yet…More than 16 days has been passed
