BSNL is no more providing the entry-level talk time plans like Rs 10 and Rs 20 via online portals and it’s forcing subscribers to recharge via physical vouchers.

The Rs 10 and Rs 20 talk time plans have been removed in select circles at the moment
Private telcos like Airtel and Vodafone Idea removed basic talk time recharge plans last year.

BSNL has removed the Rs 10 and Rs 20 online talk time plans in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana circle, but other talk time plans like Rs 30, Rs 50, Rs 100, Rs 110 and so on are still available for recharge through online portals. The Rs 10 and Rs 20 plans will only be available as physical vouchers.

Why follow other trash telcos? Its not like removing these is beneficial for BSNL.
