BSNL landline bill payment is withdrawn by paytm

Is it a refund for all bsnl payments? Mine was credited into bsnl account and i got confirmation also.

BSNL portal is showing the status as “Bill paid”.

paytm has refunded my money after deduction Rs 100/- which I already have received as cash back.

Today I got refund of my 1470/- in paytm.I don’t want to invest more for payment…So now is there any option to pay the bill using this paytm cash?

Shouldn’t this DEAL (read update) be in dost and dimes?

My brother made a payment for our BSNL Landline Bill worth Rs.1603 on 16th Feb morning. Did not receive refund yet and also the payment is not credited to BSNL Account.
We are paying BSNL bills online for more than 7 years now mainly through BSNL portal, and some times ICICI bank portal. Never had a problem. Paytm has made a mess of everything. They don’t have a sound process, have the worst customer care team.
On one of the tickets that was logged for this issue, Paytm Care team responded yesterday that they have successfully recharged Rs.1603 into Vodafone mobile number (number same as my BSNL landline A/c). Where comes this Vodafone mobile?
The Order details and the Invoice clearly show that the payment is made for BSNL Landline bill. Seemed to me as the joke of the century.

BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle today (the 22nd of February
2016), has issued a press release which inform all BSNL
landline / broadband customers not to make any payment in
Paytm as such payments will cause disconnection of their
services.
BSNL authorities also clarified that, Paytm is not authorized
to collect BSNL Bill Payments. Some telephone connections
of the subscribers who have paid their telephone bills in
Paytm were got disconnected this month and upon further
investigation, it was found that Paytm is not officially
authorized to collect BSNL Bill payments through their
payment portal.
BSNL authorities has taken up this matter and all
arrangements were made to withdraw the BSNL payment link
at Paytm site. It is also learnt that, they(Paytm) have agreed
to pay back the amount collected by them unauthorisedly, to
the customers account immediately.
The press release also informed that, as a one time goodwill
measure, BSNL is reconnecting such telephones which stand
disconnected with a request to customers to ensure payment
to BSNL within 3 days at any BSNL counter or any other
authorized channel. All customers can make payment of
telephone bills through online at www.portal.b...in

did BSNL broadband bill payment from paytm yesterday. Its showing recharge successful in My orders but bill is still not paid yet. Contacted Paytm customer care they are provided a operator reference number and are saying to contact BSNL.

What to do guys ??

Phonepe now offers better bill payment service than paytm

@RowdyAK47 yes it will take some time for BSNL payment but it will credit for sure….U have to wait and no other option unless if you are ready to pay 2nd time from bsnl portal..
