when i recharged my number with top up of rs100, plan is not getting extended.. whats happpening with bsnl. am from telangana.. if i recharge with rs36 only one month plan getting extended. eariler it was if do topup of any amount plan date is going to be extneded, now it was not happening..

Yes, they quietly brought these changes.
Also you can’t do validity extension using main balance
Network has been same for ages, confusing plans, website never updated, no cc…coverage in rural areas is the only good thing!
