Hi, I recently port in Bsnl from jio network. Does it hasn’t been done yet. I tried n generated UPC code twice but JIO rejected it. Could anyone help wybat to do now or if anyone know BSNL CUSTOMER CARE number please let me know. The one shown on website doesn’t seem to work nowadays. Incorrect number its seem.

Jio said once the UPC processed. The port in operator handle further.
Mine got rejected too. I was porting idea to Bsnl.
As per Bsnl care, the porting application shows “offline rejection”, whatever that means.
Visited idea store and I was told in that store that since my services, both outgoing and incoming, had expired, my MNP request was rejected by Idea. At the time of porting, outgoing had expired, incoming was still valid, though incoming too expired before porting could be approved or rejected.
Should incoming/outgoing both be valid for porting to succeed?

if rejection is from Jio side, what will BSNL do. any reason for rejection shared. Normally, for prepaid, they can not refuse. anyway, BSNL is still old style. you need to physically visit the exchange.
