Does anyone have any experience with taking care of immobile elders at home? I need to buy or rent some equipment. Location is Bengaluru. 1. Fowlers bed with rails. 2. Medical suction unit. 3. Oxygen concentrator. Besides the equipment does anyone have any experience with elder care giving organizations? Any help is appreciated. I need first hand information. I've googled the internet for any information that can be had, well mostly anyway.

there is one Medirent in delhi region, don’t know about bangalore.

I would suggest u to buy equipments rather than rent if u need for a longer time. Eg- Oxygen concentrator from philips Everflo comes for around 50000 while monthly rent is about 5000. No maintainence required. Cheaper options from other brands also available.

You can enquire from any major hospital near you.
