What’s the best way for a family of four to reach from Delhi to rishikesh?
In case of cab, should I book one from Goibibo makemytrip etc or the local taxi drivers provide a better deal?

I think AC bus will be the cheapest option.
UTC ac buses and UPSRTC Janrath.
Could have combined with paytm 50% cb offer for a great deal. Can check other offers as well.
Train upto Haridwar is also an option. Ranging from Shatabdi to Nanda Devi to Jan-shatabdi. Check out whats best for your requirement.
