So received call they were telling that we r refunding the money.

Received call from niki “,your transaction has failed we will refund this time, next time it will be refunded to gpay so create gpay account”

Electricity payment failed 3 of 5 attempt. And failed reply comes immediately without attempt to pay to provider.
