Letsbuy.com deals are getting worse day by day and they have stated taking old customers for granted. I had placed 9 orders in the past. Now with their deals drying up and with bad reviews on DD, I am sure not to place more orders on Letsbuy.com.

Great Customer Care is more important than great discounts.

What? 45 emails ids & 1.4 million Indian rupees, are you freaking kidding me? Good they scrubbed all such orders of Selfish retailers. Carry on with your good work letsbuy. It is because of such miscreants that genuine buyers suffer with orders cancellations & product unavailibility for sure. How can even one alone letsbuy.com suffice these selfish shameless retailers demands all the time.Instead of those 15-20 pen drives reaching 15-20 people it’s been bought & sold at an ugly pricing by only one guy. A great loss of 15-20 customers for letsbuy.com on a promotional front.

If this is the case, then I totally support letsbuy.com’s stand in this regard, regular guys like me & many others who have to buy at an over exhorbitant prices in the general market won’t even get to purchase stuffs online as well coz the retailers have bought out letsbuy’s stock in whole sale & then poor buyers have to turn to such retailers. This retailer firoz, is killing the whole gist & purpose of DesiDIme, don’t you think. Atleast that’s what my consience tells me man! this is wrong, this was not meant to happen as well. When letsbuy is rightfully protecting a genuine buyers rights, retailers like this openly & shamelessly try to complain about letsbuy not honouring their bulk deals. Shameless!

I openly support Letsbuy.com’s stand in this regard of stopping this misuse of their products, the RCOM codes are for mass promotions & not for retailers to make money from & they understood it better, keep up with the good work letsbuy.com

Thinking on behalf of a buyer – Buyer loses the opportunity to buy the product coz it would get sold as the retailers buy it in bulk :(

Thinking on behalf of a retailer – He is losing his in store customers as websites like letsbuy are giving away the products lesser than DP (Dealer Price or distributor price), For letsbuy, it doesn’t matter even if they are selling at loss. For eg: DP price for sandisk 4gb in the wholesale market = Rs 270
Price sold in letsbuy without any coupon = Rs 255 and with coupon = Rs 220

I am a retailer in sports and fitness equipments. Thank God that there aren’t many online sports stores who offer products lesser than DP. If there was then I don’t know how I would manage and advance of Rs 10 lakh and a rent of Rs 40000 in a cyber city like Bangalore!

This is just my view. If Letsbuy really wanted to keep away from retailers, then they should have put a CAP of 1 product per email id, mob no. or even address like what snapdeal did for their 2gb memory card at Rs 99. I don’t think Letsbuy themselves don’t want to stop the retailers completely. Did it take 6 months for Letsbuy to recognize Firoz was a retailer? and that he has purchased for Rs 14 lakhs???

I am not against anyone but I feel there should be a balance in the trading system whether online or offline.

The direct customer(who purchases product for self use) of the website suffer the loss, he loses the opportunity to buy the promotional offer and with bulk buying, website like letsbuy and other leading websites have to withdraw promotional offers.

For the website like Yebhi , they have strictly mentioned on thier innvoice, not for re-sale.

So buying in bulk with Rcom codes is really like next thing to illegal now. It’s not meant for bulk orders but end users only.
These retailers should thank Letsbuy for honouring deals worth Rs.14 lac that letsbuy could have had made had they sold individual customers. Instead they are up in protest, Shameless.
That’s the point of online shopping, no distributor costs, no retailer costs, just a seller and buyer. Yet a profitable deal for both.
Why deny end users of all the benefits that letsbuy wants to provide.

Letsbuy, please put a cap on bulk orders in the future coz there is already a way to place bulk orders with you, then why deny the end users like me & Dipesh the products coz of some selfish retailers who themselves are bad mouthing you today for something that’s ridiculous on their part to claim!

Online shopping sites give promotions to attract more and more customers. Expense of such promotions are treated like advertising cost. It is not meant for bulk buying.

Hi, I am a customer of Letsbuy. I have bought a lot of products from them. I really don’t know what you guys are talking about. I found their service pretty okay. I got all my queries answered and the deliveries were made in 6 days time.

I am all for Letsbuy!!

My first experience with Letsbuy wasn’t all that good. I had ordered a mobile for my son for his birthday. I was hoping to receive it in 4 days time, a few days before my son’s birthday but it was delivered in 6 days. I was just plain lucky to get it delivered on his birthday. I have recently bought a Nikon DSLR from them at an amazing price. I don’t think there is any website that could match their prices and range of products.

Letsbuy is the best website in India on electronics. They are the equal to Tiger Direct in the US.

I have been a customer of letsbuy for the past 1 year. I have made 3 purchases. My last order no was LSB-192008 for purchase of Black Elemente 707. The customer support has been very helpful to answer my queries and the products I got were also good.

I understand there could have been some problems relating to a product. I think you are being drastic when starting an anti-letsbuy campaign.

I personally feel they are a growing company maybe experiencing teething problems. I would say give them time..they will definitely deliver.

any anybody got the amount refunded from letsbuy for samsung galaxy pop chic white? it has been almost 14 days and I dint get the amount refunded. It says order abandoned. but no refund yet.
