Campaigning against LETSBUY.

HI,

I placed order for Samsung 32’’ LED TV UN32D4000, Order # LSB-507584, 19th Oct 2011. I made full payment through credit card.
According to their SLA it was supposed to reach in 4-7 Working Days. But till today 12th Nov2011, I’ve not received it.

I’ve called them 20s times and every time they don’t receive call before 12-15 mins. Even after calls and e-mails I’m not given any concrete answer that when will I receive my product. It’s still available on the site so there is no chance of unavailability of product.

Every time I call they tell me to wait for 48 hours and when I call again after two days again they give the same answer. I talked to their senior person and that person told me that I’ll definitely get in 2 days. But no luck.

It really painful to call them and listen the same old false promises. My last purchase from this store.

I placed an order on 29th October, 2011 for Nikon Rechargeable Li-ion battery EN-EL15 along with 3 other items. They shipped the order on 04 Nov but I only got 1 item out of 4. It was a mobile screen guard.

I am trying to mail them and call them since then but I cannot reach them. No answer on phone or email.

This is so frustrating when they say that the product will be delivered in 4-7 Working Days and I am waiting for past 17 days without a clue.

kage bhai, why don’t you blast them on their FB page. I guess they should respond to you there as they have over 3.5 lakh people who subscribe to their FB page.

Letsbuy is another example of the growing list of e-commerce websites, which show promise initially and gradually when they accumulate critical mass they become bloated and customer care suffers.

@harshk bhai, I have tried blasting Letsbuy.com on their FaceBook page but they have simply deleted my comments so next time I will pay a bit more and buy from FlipKart.com instead.

I can let go of 10% discounts for timely and good service of FlipKart.com

I placed one order (My First) No. LSB-809864, on dated 26.01.2012 for 2 nos. Ajanta OLC-20 Digital Wall Clock.
After few days, I called up and also wrote to them inquiring status of my order, I was assured that the item will be dispatched soon.
On 03.02.2012 I got a mail from them that the item has been dispatched through Blue Dart with AWB No.43835231565..
When I tried to track the same in blue Dart’s site, the no. provided found to be a fake one.
I again wrote to them, and also called them. I was replied on 09.02.2012 that they too are puzzled and they are escalating my complaint to their logistics department. The complaint no. given to me was CC120244596.
Again they confirmed that they have dispatched the item. The AWB nos. 43841599093 & 43841597144 on dated 13.02.2012. of Blue Dart. Again these nos. found to be fake. I again called up and wrote emails, to which they assured to look into the matter.
For the third time they said the item has been dispatched through Blue Dart with AWB nos. 43841617374 & 43841617680 on dated 17.02.2012. When I checked them out I was shocked to find that the shipment was addressed to Delhi and already received by someone named Vishal. I stay in Orissa, and how come the items were shipped & received inside Delhi. I again called up Customer care. They informed that the complain registered earlier has been closed. When I requested to talk with their seniors, after a long wait the call was dropped from their side.
I have made numerous calls and written dozens of emails. However, I am not getting any help and the product ordered not received todate.

You are bumping 4 year old thread. Are you out of your mind? Letsbuy has been bought by flipkart long back.
I think they took the site name seriously and bought them 😂
