can a damaged hdd be repaired?

I have a seagate backup plus 1tb hdd from 2 years. since 1 year i have changed its cable 3-4 times to make it work. now it isnt working using any of the cables..i ve tried many, is my hdd corrupt?can it be repaired?? please help me. i cannot afford to buy a new hdd..

It’s still in warranty. Get it replaced. As for repairing…NO until it’s a firmware issue which doesn’t look in your case. If you want to get data recovered it will cost you 8k onwards.
