Can anyone see the online chat option in ShopClues?

yes bhai i hav used it….nt only this wasted 50 bucks to call them…

few suggestions…

dnt call, try chat— coz no matter hw much u try to push they will wrk @their speed..
only communicate by mail..
if u hav written abt fake product/ return/replacement…u will get reply when they feel to give reply..maybe in 2 wks…

their FB page is wrst….they kept on deleting my comment…i kept on humiliating them bt still they will wrk wit their convenience…visit their page soo many complaints …

really sc cc is tough to break/crack ! Cross your fingures whenever u order, i got the free shoes from them,

I posted, very politely, on their FB page; they deleted the comment
I sent them a message via FB, they responded saying they will check and get back to me

I would have tried chatting with them, but they seem to have removed the chat option from their site. I can no longer see the online chat option on their site
