Can i OpenIT File for travels if i book from Goibibo and Mmt.

I book hotels and flights for my customers through Makemytrip,Goibibo and other third party apps which is actually unauthosised to travel agents and are meant only for end customers.

When its not your income how can you file returns for it. That income belongs to individual customers whose name MMT…account is created.
However if the income from such bookings is large like few lakhs a year then sales tax/IT may do scrutiny. Before that MMT/Goibibo also may find out.
If you want to avoid issues with Tax Dept you can pay IT on commission charged per ticket by giving receipts.
Of course Tax Dept will never bother you about MMT/Goibibo being used by Agent unless there is a complaint registered by these portals.
