Can't add money to payzapp

I am unable to add money to my payzapp wallet using Airtel Virtual Debit Card.

I have around 5000 in Airtel wallet.

Previously Airtel debit card used to work on payzapp. Now it’s showing transaction failed after putting the CVV.
(Yes CVV I am entering is right)
