Is HSBC still offering credit card for self employed on card 2 card basis?
In website it is mentioned only salaried can apply for HSBC CC.
Also AMEX is offering me the credit card but they want ITR proof. Is there anyway to get AMEX card without ITR and just on card 2 card basis or bank statements.

You can not get citi on card to card, only for salaried they provide.
