Cannot see and use 200rs Paypal Cashback

Hi guys!
I got the mail from paypal stating that I have received 200rs cashback for the first transaction on 1mg.
But, I’m not able to see or use the same in my next transaction.
Any idea why?

Just before 7 days I had made the transaction.
In mail it has mentioned expiry is Feb 2019!

I had transacted at Netmeds but i can see 200 Rs In offer page but can’t redeem it on zingoy or komparify.
All vocuhers can be used after 5 days
No more immediate usage
Maybe according to new terms and condition we can use this voucher after 3 days of receiving it .
Then whats the better way to avail this offer ? New user to paypal and not transacted !

how much time it takes to receive 200 Rs voucher. I did my first transaction on 7th Dec, but have not received the cashback voucher till now
