Canon 200D or 200D II , which is best in their price range? Need suggestions guys

And any pros who know about dslr pls answer

1) they are selling with single lens and dual lens ones, is second lens really worth?

2) i added them in my amazon and flipkart and watching prices but no great discounts on them locally also same or above prices , is there any good website or should i wait for more days ?
