Cashback missing and Zingoy team not responding. Need help

Hey guys, I placed an order on teafloor after going through zingoy and the transaction is not showing up in zingoy. I opened a missing cashback support ticket and that ticket is showing as closed without any response over that.
I updated my order details on the ticket along with a snapshot of order. Here is the ticket link:

I tried to call on the number provided in support section but that number is not active. Dropped message on fb & twitter but there is no response at all. Can anyone please tell me how can i escalate the issue ? I ordered it only because of high cashback.

I guess it’s time to stop using zingoy now…Everyone should actually, there isn’t any support team..

We are sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We are receiving a high number of e-mails since last few days and therefore the response time is delayed.
We usually answer emails at first come-first served basis and as soon as possible. The response time is longer than usual this week, due to the high intensity.

I also faced the same issue they don’t reply on mails and chats their helpline number is always unreachable. They ripped my 2 paytm vouchers which I bought on raksha Bandhan occasion. order id 1323619 and order id : 1323583
@ZingoySupport I have placed order for Big bazaar vouchers on Sep 5, 2018 and till date hadn’t got vouchers for order #1533588, #1532611, #1532535, #1532461. Have done payment on Sep 5 and vouchers for big bzr is been pending since.
I have dropped msg ib support nearly everyday but no response/success till yet. Pls send the vouchers

@ZingoySupport Fraud they are i bought 2 paytm gv on 26th August they haven’t delivered yet I bought those GV on raksha Bandhan occasion but they don’t mean any festivals they just Rip customers money i even abused them raise a complaint in NCH but they don’t respond at all They don’t reply on mails they don’t have a working helpline .
