Flaberry:
I ordered a cake to be send to specific location through flaberry which is not serviced by them(which i am not sure while i order) and the order was automatically cancelled.When asked for refund,they refunded to store credit which i dont want to use ever in flaberry and hence i ask them to refund to original payment mode(paytm) but still now i am not getting my refund for past one month,

Can you pls help how to get my money back? already tweeted/mailed but no response.

Someone hacked my account (god knows how as my other accounts never gets hacked till now) and ordered giftvoucher worth Rs2000 through giftxoxo.i didnt receive any OTP for the same and they didnt send SMS.
hence i asked them(both payumoney and giftxoxo) with in 3 days of order to cancel the order and refund teh money.
But they said they will followup with giftxoxo and get my money if i provide them FIR.

Hence i filed online FIR@ TN police site and provided them and mailed to everyone (CEO,rblbank,twitter accounts) but still now i didnt get any response from them on how to get my money back.

I contact both giftxoxo/payumoney in whatever possible means but i know the giftxoxo email id in which the hacker ordered but they say they will resend giftvoucher only to that account.(i told like my giftvoucher is invalid and try to get my actual address to get atleast the voucher)

the transaction happened one year back but still i am following up with giftxoxo/payumoney without luck

Please guys help me getting my money back.. if i need to file any complaints in govt cybercrime pls provide online links as i may not be able to provide offline .
Is it possible to trace a person using EMail Address?

I received a defective item against an order for which I paid via PayUMoney. The merchant did not respond to my calls. Contacted PayUMoney about it. But they denied any intervention stating their buyer protection only covers those cases where the merchant does not fulfill the order. For defective items, the customer should only contact the merchant.

In short, it’s the customer’s headache if the product turns out to be defective and the merchant does not respond. They banned my account when I loaded money into payumoney wallet using udio card.
I was not taking any benefit of any offer or using any promo code but still blocked my account. Now they need bank statement of the account from which I loaded money in order to unblock. Do you have any guidance how to unblock my account.

I’ve already shared my recent experience with PayUMoney above. As they are well established now, they don’t give a damn about customers. That’s the case with any business firm in this country. I feel bad that I don’t have any positive suggestions for you here.

Relying on payumoney security is a big no nowadays. They started with great customer support but it seems that policy has changed now. Even if you contact higher authorities, they can’t go against company policy. Now they are as any other payment gateway and escalation has to be done to respective vendors only.

As in flaberry case, I would suggest you to trade your account with any other person who is going to order from flaberry. I know it is hard to control your nerves when we have to bow to unethical practices by companies but here it is an easy way out.

thanks guys for your suggestions. i got my flaberry amount back by fighting with paytm.good thing is flaberry account amoutn is also still there..
