CHEATING BY INFIBEAM REPAIRED HANDSET INSTEAD OF UNBOX
Please note that I made a purchase of Samsung Galaxy core 2 , 4G white (Unboxed) on 05th February 2016, the product was delivered to me on 08th February 2016, since I have not opened the box containing the mobile handset then and there but when I open the box after 3 days of product delivered I found that the aforesaid mobile handset was not properly working and their were defects,
when I lodged complaint with the Infibeam through email and phones they informed me that the defective product is returnable only within 72 hours of delivery as per their return policy and in my case since the 72 hours has been passed so they shall not take back the defective product and further advised me that the product bore 6 months warranty so better contact the Samsung Service centre to get the handset restore to original condition,
that 02nd April 2016 I myself went to Samsung Service centre lying and situated at 41, A .J.C Bose Road, Kolkata-700017,I was shocked to learned from the service centre executive that this handset is question is not unboxed handset but previously repaired handset, and this handset prior to sold out to me under impression unboxed handset by Infibeam was repeatedly repaired by the Samsung india, and for these type of repaired and/or defective handset Samsung do not offer warranty at all for a single day
In this respect I am confident , the Infibeam, its Chief executive Officer, founder, owner and the concerned staff and authorities are guilty of criminal conspiracy, cheating, misappropriation, breach of trust, and unfair trade practising defrauding the bonafide customer.
When i did not recived any assurance of return of this handset I have lodged FIR, with the Commissioner Of police, Kolkata, Ministry Of Corporate Affairs, and the O/C Cyber crime, Kolkata Police Headquarter, please go to attachment and find the details and scan copy of my submitted complaint on the basis of such a case started

Appreciate if you have really filed FIR, and police accepted so easily. I still can not believe.
You will get refund from infibeam in any case as they are Ltd company hence will not risk FIR.
Also has lots of cash (raised through IPO) for the time being.
It would have been if u checked mobile within 72 hrs as per their policy.
It may be possible that one may not find faults in just 3 days.
