   You can refer as many people as you want. No Limit on the no of referrals who can use your code. Maximum CoolCash per unique referral that you can earn is 500.

How to Use CoolCash
You can use CoolCash to buy any product on Coolwinks.com through Desktop or Mobile Web
In order to use CoolCash, you need to log in to your Coolwinks account.
If you are using CoolCash for first time, then you need to Validate your wallet to link your Mobile. Post mobile/wallet validation you can start using CoolCash.
While purchasing the product, you have to choose CoolCash to redeem the amount on your order.
You can pay rest of the amount using through credit card/debit card/net banking.
You cannot use CoolCash and place COD order. If you have to use CoolCash the mode of order placement has to be prepaid.

CoolCash Terms & Conditions

1. T&C on Earning CoolCash:
   In case of refer and earn, the CoolCash you get into your Coolwinks account after your friend makes a purchase with Coolwinks, will be activated only when the time period of return is over. That is, after 14 days of his purchase, the amount will be activated and you can then use it on your shopping.
   During any promotional offer, you will earn CoolCash subject to policies mentioned under that particular promotion.
   The usage, validity restrictions of the particular promotions would apply to the CoolCash earned during that particular promotions.
   There is No Maximum Limit on CoolCash accumulation.
2. Terms & Conditions on Using/Burning CoolCash:
   You can pay CoolCash amount equivalent to only 30% of your order amount or 500 CoolCash or Coolcash balance whichever is lowest
   Maximum amount of 500 CoolCash is allowed from Coolwinks account to be used in a single day divided into one or multiple orders.
   You can use CoolCash amount equivalent to 30% of your total order value. E.g. 1. if you are placing an order of Rs. 1000 and your CoolCash wallet balance is 2000, you can only use 30% of Rs. 1000 for payment through your wallet, in this case 300 CoolCash. E.g. 2. If you care placing an order of Rs. 3000 and your Coolcash wallet balance is 2000, you can use only 500 as payment from your CoolCash Wallet as the Higher Limit Condition is breached in this case.
   CoolCash is only applicable on prepaid orders.
   CoolCash can be used for purchasing made via desktop and mobileWeb only.
   Validity of promotional CoolCash is only 100 days from the date of earning.
3. T&C on Cancellation of Order:
   When you make a purchase using CoolCash amount, in the event of cancellation of your order, the promotional CoolCash will not be credited back to your CoolCash account.
   That is, in case of cancellation, the refund amount to be paid back to you would be the amount after deducting the CoolCash value. For example, if you placed an order for Rs.1000 with 30% CoolCash and cancelled it, the Coolcash amount 300 will not be refunded back. Only Rs.700 will be refunded to your bank account.
   Coolwinks holds the right to cancel all or partial promotional CoolCash granted to you at any point in time without any prior notice.

Most Important Things to Note
Once your email id and mobile is registered with Coolwinks, it cannot be changed.
Every transaction where you use CoolCash as a mode of payment will be validated through your Coolwinks username, password and/or a unique OTP or a transaction password sent on your mobile number.
Each time you redeem or earn CoolCash, the same will be intimated to you on your email and/or mobile.
Coolwinks shall not be liable for any hacking or unauthorized use of your account and it shall be your sole responsibility to ensure privacy and confidentiality of your account details.
In case of any disputes, Coolwinks’ decision will be final.
Coolwinks at its discretion can change the CoolCash Earning & Usage conditions without prior intimation to user.
Coolwinks at its discretion can extend the expiry date of the CoolCash and can also at its discretion reduce the expiry period.
Coolwinks at its discretion can limit the CoolCash that can be accumulated per user. Meaning if user has 10000 CoolCash, Coolwinks can restrict it to 2000 CoolCash in which case balance 8000 CoolCash will be expired
