There was a Mvisa offer since long.
Before recharging I asked csr and was told that I’ll get 100rs cashback & am eligible for the offer .
I recharged 200rs using udio mvisa on 4th September.
As even after 3 days I didn’t get Mvisa credit I called customer care and was told ‘sir we have taken a complaint you’ll get cashback/resolution in 48hrs’
call ended .
After two days I got a call & their agent straight away told’sir, you’ve raised a complaint regarding Mvisa cashback but you’ll not get it as your TataSky ID is not eligible! I was like
such a language, really ?? Then I kept quite thinking atleast he told ‘sir’.
Then I politely asked him
May I know the reason? As per t&c listed in your website (source :http://www.tatasky.com/wps/portal/TataSky/foote...) I am eligible for this offer
& I’ve confirmed the same before recharging and I can provide chat transcript as a proof.
his reply was rude, ‘this call is just to tell you that you’re not eligible for cashback for further information call customer support and be ended the call’
Complained 2nd time & same response.
Now am planning to kick them & move on to some other dth provider!
this offer is expired long back, whoever thinking of availing this offer, better think twice

ull get cashback in 1 – 2 weeks. Same thing happened with me.

I got cashback on 3rd day after complaining to Twitter handle of tatasky
Take cashback first, write to nodal officer second, and move on to other provider, third.
Meanwhile gov is still mulling portability for DTH after 4-5 years as I recall.
@cody 1-2 weeks? previously it used to take max3 days for cashback.
@ExpertAdvice how to? Do I find who is the nodal officer then mail him? Can he credit cashback? As it is 100rs I don’t want to waste too much on this. Already complained to them in Twitter twice & via chat thrice! still They didn’t credit cashback!

hmm i knw, it used to credit under 24 hours. But last time for me it took 1 week.
i hv not got after almost a month…..twitter failed…chat failed….mail failed……Tata non core businesses are sinking ship…..good products but handling bad…..result nil/sannata.
I will be ditching TV completely. Have recharged 6 months package twice in last 1 year using hdfc card points. Have prime subscription and youtube. Enough for me.
i m too planning to ditch as soon as my advance recharge over with them….thats y bought one chromecast2 and mecool android box .

Always had issues with their offers on recharges and package deals. Plus they keep increasing the prices and keep changing the channel numbers. Frustrating.
Recharged on 11th of September , got CB on 13th … I see no issue here .
