If you can’t appreciate the difference between when something already exists to when something is only proposed, seems like it’s the other way around as far as being hit on the head is concerned. You may ignore.

The sole purpose was to let u know that the info u shared was also shared by someone 3 months back. And I assisted some dimers to let them know its current status. That is it.
And regarding the word, ‘least’ which was posthamoisly used to lighten my little knowlege or less frontal development.
Let me tell u. i do have some knowledge about any policies of central govt undertaking be it on paper. But due to expiration of term and no scope for extension., there were confusion but the govt was bound to make it happen till the end of this year.
