Cinepolis Thursday extra points not crediting anymore?

Anyone here aware of this? Until 31st March, I used to score 50% points on every movie booking for a Thursday show, but lately this seems to have stopped, however the site landing page still shows this offer is valid. I tried twitter and email, but their support takes a month to reply to emails.

I would score upto 200 points on movies which sold for Rs. 400 and it was a wonderful treat considering BMS allowed us to redeem them, but now this has stopped working, the booking counter at the theatre has no clue, cinepolis support is stupid AF
