citi credit cards analysis?

Anyone here drop clear picture of which variant of citi card gives higher monetary value interms of online transactions.

for example citi indian oil card gives 600 reward points/600rs fuel(cash) for every 90,000rs purchase which means for every 150rs transaction holds 1rs reward point( fuel/cash doesnt make any difference).

is there any other variant in citi which gives higher than this? if so plz elucidate in clear manner…
