Cleartrip.com | Trying to make fool ???

Since 2 days my colleagues are trying to check refund/reschedule with cleartrip.
Customer care number gives recording to visit cleartrip.com

Cleartrip had created below page to show that they are concerned about customers during current concerns of CORONA

When we click on CHECK ELIGIBILITY button. it lands on below URL which is just a joke (below url is sending customer to their home page)
