Cleartrip GV expiring today - Payment page showing error even after GV successfully applied

Folks – Need some help.
I have few cleartrip GVs which are expiring today (10 Oct 2019) – The payment page is showing error even after GV successfully applied. The error reads as below:
“Sorry, we can not process your payment at this time. Please try again after some time.”
Please guide on what should I do?
Can customer care use the GV on phone and book at their end?

NO… don’t try this… I had similar case 1-2 year back. They denied giving new GC. I had one screenshot where they had mentioned that you will receive the new giftcard. I made complaint on PG portal using that, first they denied it but finally issued the new giftcard. But nowadays, PG portal is also not helpful. In my case, executive from PG portal really helped me to get the new GC. Gone are those days !!!

Gv are normally for flight and hotel. What amount of gv you have?

Make payment with GV+CreditCard/NetBanking/Wallet.
Do not pay total amount with GV only – CT has this deliberate bug – sometimes

I booked a hotel using GV and they cancelled due to technical issue.
Followed up for 3 months to resolve it. Worst customer care in travel website is Cleartrip.
Cancelled immediately or after few days?
Also, if I book a free cancellation hotel and pay using GV, will I get back a new GV on cancellation?
