Cleartrip is not responsible if the E-Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission
The E-Gift Voucher cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged for cash
Cleartrip reserves the right to deny accepting any voucher if it suspects that there is duplicity of vouchers
In no event the liability of Cleartrip for any claims arising under this offer shall exceed the value of the voucher.
Any misuse of this voucher will result in cancellation of the booking.
