Hey, Anyone is familiar or been/have used Hydrolysed Collagen Supplement (in powder form).
Been looking around to buy offline but can’t any find store or medical place where they would sell it.
Particularly looking for the Collagen Peptides from Sports Research but can’t find any offline re-seller (don’t wanna buy online).
If anyone know which medical chain might have it please let me know.

Collagen supplement is not available in India. You will get product mostly which no dermatologist would have heard(fake ones).
You can simply take daily required protein, vitamin c 1000mg through amla/lemon/any other (strictly no tablets) and run a dermaroller on skin (cost 200rs). This works just fine.

sure.

Make paste using Inknut(dirt cheap for 10rs you get many) and 2-3 drops of water. Apply it over dark circles under eyes. Wash it off after 20 mins with just tap water and don’t use face wash.
Significant difference will be visible in 7 days.

I am actually looking it as a health supplement Hydrolysed Collagen. Collagen is a blown up term in beauty industry specially in anti-aging products, that’s a different type of collagen they use. Don’t need that at all (not yet though), hydrolysed form is one that has already been broken into tiny hydrolysed particles they gets digested easily by our bile acids.

This type 1 & 3 of hydrolysed collagen helps with joint pains & if not keeps a body healthy but it does also requires a good amount of Vitamin C beforehand in the body & like you said citrus fruits amla, lemon etc are the best but it’s something over onto those natural nutrients.

This brand “Sports Research” have a product with fairly good reviews but sadly it doesn’t seems to be available in our medical chains. That or something similar good tested products is what i have been looking for offline. If i can’t find it offline i would have to take a risk & buy it online at last.

Yes, like Guy_Next_Door suggested Harad or inknut. It has been suggested by multiple fitness youtubers dues to it’s cooling nature. Here’s a thorough explanation you might like, there are many ways in ayurveda but harad might be the easiest available one.

Yes. You are right. Collagen connects joints and tissues as well as skin. Thing is body produces it itself. Again anything which body produces itself like collagen or glutathione or anything, supplements usually dont work. If injected into blood stream, then it may works. FDA just won’t approve it. Though some clinic does it.

I have started noticing it

Check whether It is because of high level of DHT. If yes, forget about growing hair. Get head shaved and rock the beard look.
If not, find the cause, most probably you are using fucked up shampoo or oil or hard water, pollution, stress and more you can google. You should understand that intermediate treatment is not required, just remove the cause, hair will regrow because you may be using 1000rs product which may not work because cause is still there.
