don’t know why title always misleading !!

also the victim is really idiot , he paid the seller/scammer in advance not just one time but multiple time without knowing him , meeting him , just on basis of call .
no pity for such victims .

Thank God i saw this thread. Now I am sure that he is a fraud. Yesterday he was trying to sell me iphone 6s (i saw his ad on olx on very low price). After that he sent me photos of the phone, bill, his id proof including pan card, aadhar, military canteen card and told me to pay half amount before he dispatch and rest after after delivery.
i think those documents are forged.
Beware of these rippers.

Even without seeing this thread why would you transfer money to someone who has put a random ad? Greed? All such local deals are meant to be done face to face in a secure public place. If the person refuses to meet asking for online transfer or asks to meet in some remote locations just give them a finger.

Also before paying one has to check if everything is in order. If its some high value product I have insisted on picking it up from their residence and genuine sellers are more than happy to do that. Also going with a friend helps.

Looks like new modus operandi of scammers, if you fall in such a trap you will have to pay price. Police won’t help much.
