Good idea…let’s unite against their cheating! it doesn’t matter if it was a technical glitch. we saw and received 100% cashback which motivated us to do more transactions. this was a reverse loot by mobikwik! we shouldn’t let this go.

I am not able to user super cash both in the Mobikwik app and Mobikwik website
1) it does not allow me to use the super cash 2500( two thousand five hundred Indian rupees). Why?
2) It does not allow me to use the s super cash when I pay the electricity bills more than 3400/- Indian rupees
3) it does not allow me to use the s super cash when I paid the DTH bill
4) it does not allow me to use the super cash when I paid the prepaid mobile
5) Today 24/July/2018, it shows I can use 100% super cash or 200 super case, but at the time of checkout it is not showing the super case deduction, infect the Promo code is invalid in gofers.com
6) I am requesting to Mobikwik, please do not cheat people, and refund me the money or all the super cash (virtual money ) into actual money.

I was just going through some insurance policy that was displayed in mobikwik as advertisement. While filling all details i came to payment step and i stopped there and did not proceed. But still there is a debit of Rs.20 on 17.04.2019.And agains they have deducted an amount of Rs.20 has been continuously debited from 27.05.19 to 31.05.2019 illegally without my consent. I have neither authorised them nor submitted debit mandate for these illegal deductions. They are telling some nonsense that some checkbox was unchecked. Whatever nonsense box it may be without my signature how can they debit an amount from my wallet. Now i want to cancel that nonsense policy. But they(mobikwik) are asking me to contact the insurance provider and pay some charges. While it was done (illegally) through MobiKwik, why should i contact some third party. There should be some option in mobikwik itself to cancel any policy. It is not just giving advertisement through app and get some commission for insurance provider and forget, they (mobikwik) should take full responsibility.
Why the * are you using mobikwik. I stopped using mobikwik in 2017 when they introduced supercash.
You know how they behave and how they do business.
I can only say one thing, suffer.
Atleats use the remaining balance and delete the app.

When I am trying to get some help from mobikwik then I tried to complain him but then it was showing my log in id is incorrect.At the time of adding money and payment my id was correct but at a time of complain my id got incorrect....
