Is it compulsory to add the front image and back image of the document?
In order to ensure a smooth and hassle free KYC verification you must attach a document with clear visibility of both the sides of the document. However, if you upload an image/pdf file that has both the sides in the front image in the same file there is no obligation to add the second file i.e. the back image.

Why is my gift cards not delivered even though I have added my KYC Details?
Gift Card orders that are pending due to KYC verification will be automatically released after the KYC details that were added is verified by the our verifications team.

How much time does it take for KYC Verification?
It typically takes around 48-72 hrs for our team to verify your KYC details.

What are the consequences of KYC cancellation/rejection?
In the event of any KYC Details being found deficient for lack of information / insufficiency of mandatory documentation, further purchases or redemptions will not be permitted on Zingoy.

Does the KYC verification have an expiry date?
No. Once the KYC Details is obtained and verified, it will be registered against the user account in all future transactions and orders.

Is there a charge I need to pay to get myself KYC verified?
