WHEN WE PLACED ORDER AND TALK THEIR CUSTOMER CARE CENTER THAT TIME THAY SAY THAT ORDER IS ELIGIBLE FOR CASHBACK BUT NOW THEY CHANGE.
NOW TIME TO TOGETHER ALL AND FIGHT WITH COMPANY.
PLEASE SAY YOUR IDEAS HOW WE CAN FIGHT AGAINST THIS FRAUD??

I had ordered while back, I got instant cashback on Amazon.
Try this, order using Amazon Pay, if don’t receive cashback in 15mins or something, cancel the order.
YOU ARE RIGHT BUT WHEN I PLACED ORDER AND CALLED THEM THEY CONFORMED ME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CASHBACK BUT NOW THEY TURN AROUND. NOW THEY SAY WRONG TO US.
First of all, what’s with caps on? It hurts reading the text.
Now, I am not saying Coolwinks is right. Yes, they did wrong and it’s ridiculous. But there is not much we can do except a few people from here tweeting and posting angry posts on FB.
Same thing Payzapp did a few months ago. They changed terms in the middle of month and denied cb. People were outrageous here. They wanted to torch the Payzapp office if they could (not really but they were angry and super pissed). But what happened. Nothing. People got over it. They moved on and got busy looting other deals.
You will learn to do the same. I hope. And vow never to trust companies blindly.
Yes the same happened with me i also have recording of their phone calls after purchased they said u r eligible.

Dont order from Coolwinks now except amazon pay offer of flat 100% cashaback(InstantCashback) offer otherwise there are chances of losing money

only one thing i want to ask to all my friend,
first when we placed order and called then they say you will get cashback and after return period over when called say still wait 7 day and after more 10day now they say us that you will not get it.
so why they not say this in time of order? why when return period over not say that time call. if they say us that time we return our products which is in return time line.
also friends, every order is about 1800-2000 twice in week in one a.c.. this offer come three time in last month. so most order about 5-6 time also we refer our relative and friends to purchase so our total amount is 40000-50000.
i also agree before this type offer all get cashback. that cashback is from which mode we pay we get ( like amazonpay paytm freecharge. airtel.) . this time cashback is from coolwinks. not from our payment mode company or wallet. and now they refuse to pay us.

please sab forum pe likho coolwinks is fraud so baki k loge k paise nahi jaye. play store pe 1star de ke bhi likho. facebook twiter and sab pe likho taki sab ko pata chale.

Also like any other company created to make the founders and angel investors rich using the stock markets, its just a gimmick.

no other offer on coolwinks website was combined with this offer.
But you can call and ask them. They change the offers twice a day.
Ask to speak with the class monitor who would know more.. The T&C in OP says many things.. Like what has 1500 CB got to do with an order above 2500???? for refunds.
The bigger quesiton would be has anyone got CB for any of their double offers. Last month it was also for sunglaases AND eyeglasses and 1500 instant and 1000 after 14 days.. I do think they will give the CB if you followed their T&C but it might take time and effort.
PayTM was always an iffy offer with some taking 3 days before instant CB. And other strange T&C’s..
risk is involved
The risk here is not the 1000..
Its that for this offer you can not use other offers like cool cash and coupons. You could easily get 4 or 5 pairs of glasses and it would be worth the 1000. But without using any of those offers, getting 1 or 2 glasses would leave a bad taste on this company. I sitll think they will pay the CB sooner or later.. The uncertainity would drastically drop their sales. Its very bad marketting after spending so much money.
But I also remember how instamojo to show money in the bank held customer funds while they were shopping around for cash.. It pretty much destroyed their rep with the customers.. They wont be able to get customers like before now because many other companies with better rep have taken over..
They already changed T&C since morning, now it is for all glasses..
Final conclusion …..
Coolwinks is total shit … U can order for fun or extra cashbacks but if u need some genuine eyeglasses go to a shop and get urself a decent one….

Same fraud happened with me too. Their customer care first told that i am eligible for moneyback of Rs 2000 upto the day of 14 days return policy but after 14 days of delivery they are saying i am not eligible.
Coolwinks are making fool & doing a big fraud
Go to consumer court against this fraud company and be careful with money risk . Please read all scheme related documents carefully.

This offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer. – this is the condition they are saying and rejected. Two order they rejected for cash back. Saying that your glass is already used free frame offer(this thing they didnt said while ordering and confirmation in the ccare for cashback) but now saying no cash back. Return period is over so noat able to return also

I had ordered in cashback and have not received any money. thing is how do we tackle? they are blocking our numbers, not responding email and phones and social media too.
stupid site. Cashback offer – they can validate during placing of orders itself if they say no cash becoz of so and so reason we can use atleast coupon or coolbucks.
They want to loot money so not customer friendly.

These many people having issue means they will understand something is fishy with the company itself.
In the past they were trying really hard to get their app as close to 5 stars as possible, by sending email offers and all(which we never got the benefit).
Currently their app is at 4.5 stars, now it’s payback time. Now let’s make them cry, if you feel the same and want to take revenge, then everyone take back your 5 star rating and rate them 1 star instead with your bad experience. That will teach them a lesson. Come on guys let’s take them to below 3 stars now, that will make an impact.

They are now offering instant PhonePE and Paytm flat 1500 CB again..
I was cheated by this company in the name of moneyback. First the company built trust in it’s customers by giving instant cashbacks. Recently they changed their tncs from cashback to moneyback, which was supposed to be credited after 14 days of delivery, according to both their tncs and their customer care executive. They didn’t credit the moneyback to the original source of payment, and now they won’t answer my call. Beware. Do not purchase from Coolwinks ever again. EVER!!
Anyone planning to file a chargeback on their card?

No coolcash used/no free frame specs/no coupon used/no bogo offer used.
Lots of people fell into the moneyback trap including me lost 2000 i was blown away though, by their cheap marketing strategy just image how much they wouldve looted as a whole
I am facing the same issue they confirmed more than once on customer care call. They told the following conditions only
1. Don’t use CoolCash
2. Don’t use Coupon Code
3. Don’t use Buy One Get One Free
All the above conditions fulfilled but still, they denied for Cashback. They cheated many people. They are not picking up the calls or neither replying on EMail. We should go with social media
Maybe you should stop trying your luck in ‘good to be true’ deals.
Earlier when there was 100% instant cb, I bought 60-70 sunglasses. But when they switched to “upto cb” or “moneyback”, I stopped buying because I know it will backfire and looks like it did.
It was expected to happen sooner or later. Many dimers stayed away from this moneyback offer.
