Coolwinks Paytm query

ANyone placed coolwinks order recently and paid via Paytm?
Is the cashback instant or do they send it later?

T&C mention that it is within 96 hours, but whenever i’ve paid using amazonpay, i’ve got instant cashback.
Please share your experience if you’ve paid with paytm on coolwinks.

I used an old coolwinks account and an old paytm account (I have never purchased anything on coolwinks via paytm earlier). Its been 2 hours, I have not got any cashback.
