The total number of confirmed Coronavirus cases have now gone up to 73 in India, according to the Union Health Ministry data till 11 AM, March 12, 2020. Of the total number of confirmed cases, 56 are Indians and rest are foreign nationals, as per the ministry.

I had written about dangers of central air conditioning and not wearing masks. Today’s research has proven exactly what i said 2 days ago.
Summary:
Airborne vs aerosol spread —
= Airborne means it spreads in larger droplets which fall to the ground in a 3 foot radius, so you can only catch it if you’re sneezed on directly etc.
= Aerosol means it spreads in small droplets which stay in the air for a long period of time, like how you can smell cigarette smoke in a room 30 minutes after a smoker left. The virus can stay alive in the air up to 2 hours after the person who spread it leaves.
Coronavirus is aerosol spread. Much more dangerous than airborne spread.
His precautions:
Wear a mask. Especially in confined areas, even if no one is there. Someone may have sneezed in that elevator and then gotten off, and the particles are still in the air. Open the windows. Just like opening a window clears cigarette smoke from a room, it does the same with the virus. Avoid central AC Don’t spit on the ground (this is somewhat of a cultural Chinese thing, but still)
Yeah… everyone knows that wearing mask does reduce the chances…The govt is advising against it so that there won’t be any shortage of masks to those who needs it first like medical personnel and so on…
Ironically some people after following the news and watching individuals wearing masks are making fun of them! 😂😂

For only about 5% patients it causes lung injury. That’s the only worry.
