Coudtail and Gati courier issue

One of my friend from Kolkata asked me not to buy from Cloudtail anymore i laughed and asked him why?
He replied he used to buy products from Cloudtail for him and his sister it was delivered using Gati courier.one of the Gati courier started calling his sister at night and talking bad to his sister
My friend seems to have complained in everywhere including Amazon to not to use Gati courier for his orders and to take necessary steps against that guy and they promised to do so.But till now they kept sending him same courier and same guy.so even went and complained with Gati manager but seems its all no use

This is not something each of us gonna face it obviously one pervert who is the problem here but seeing Amazon or courier didn’t do anything makes me angry.we share all our personal details with all online shopping site they should respect our privacy whatsoever

PS if you can, just avoid giving anyone’s personal number for deliveries use secondary number for those stuff
