They have not taken reading due to lockdown but have billed according to last year. However this shouldnt have been implemented for commercial establishments as they have been facing cash crunch.

My biller did say you can post the snap of your meter if possible or else we will send a bill on your avg consumption and i purposely didn’t send them any data and they posted a bill on my avg bill consumption.

In Haryana they have deferred the electricity bill payment by June end (No extra charges) launched something called Trust Reading wherein you can put the actual reading on the electricity board website, the bill will be amended accordingly and you can pay the amount (read in news)

Non-issue. They will adjust in the next reading just like they did with homes this month.
