What I suggest is make a rental payment to your bank account through No broker pay and select the payment mode as your credit card associated with CRED.

Now pay a dummy amount of 30000 – 40000. Get this money in your bank account and make payment of the same through Cred. You get average 2.5% through scratch card /deals. Easy way to earn additional 1000 bucks per month.

Nobroker will block your Dummy amount and charge you 2% or 3% to refund . Have you tried this yourself ?

Yes you have to pay tax if show it as rental income or that person/family to whom you transffered amount he/she have to show it in ITR and pay tax . but there are some clauses you can skip tax for that person income . like if the amount receieved within exempt limit or single source of income or senior citizens .I may be wrong . others may clarify this .

So I am a Chartered Accountant by profession, let me answer the queries
1) Yes tried it and it is working amazingly. Utilising the benefits till its available.
2) Income tax – Only if you pay annual rent more than 100,000 then you have to give PAN declaration and that too while claiming House Rent Allowance
3) Income Tax payment on Rent – Income tax on house property is paid on a House property. The best part here is even if you don’t get any rent you have to pay national rent on that.
4) As mentioned above you do not have to pay any Income tax based on money received in bank. It is paid on a house property registered in your name.
Feel free to revert in case of any further queries

Leave rent income or not . If we rotate our credit card money through any channel . money added to bank account will be considered as your income and you will have to give TAX on this amount . If you arr in 30% slab then 30% tax on that amount added from your credit card ????
