Cred kill bill stopped it seems

I made payment yesterday and received as usual

I checked today when my friend told… he paid 10k he didn’t get and i paid 1k I didn’t get too

I paid today 1.3K and got the kill the bill, so its still there

today i paid 96k, No kill bill

so now we won’t be getting kill bill for smaller payments as confirmed by the cred team…i made 10k payments and i got higher amounts of kill bill mystery cards…i doubt it will be useful

whats the minimum payment to get kill the bill now?

Typical Freecharge ways… huh…

So far my cred experience is pathetic, I have made payment of 25555 using cred on 6th and received 1200 worth scratch card amount, the 1200 kill the bill amount is not showing in my HDFC Bank statement and my due date is today itself

Seems like time has come to uninstall the app…

I know its too late for this thread, but in case anyone is looking for this info, Cred has put a limit on the 1k scratch cards you can get.
The quota is of 300 kill bill mystery scratch cards per user.

Now I’m not sure whether this limit is yearly or lifetime, as the customer support did not reply to this.
