Which bank will give credit card for senior citizen who is aged 62. He earns 60000/ month as a pension from government and interested to have credit card after looking at cash backs. Has a cibil score of 843. Never had credit cards.

Is there any private bank such as CITI, ICICI, AMEX, IndusInd offering credit cards for senior citizens?

In 2003 ICICI gave my mother a LTF Credit Card. She was 62 at that time, earning Central Govt Pension of 25000 pm through SBI, used to file IT returns and had a TRV of about 5 L with ICICI.
She kept using it regularly as long as she was alive.

Go for AMEX, if eligible. He may have hard time dealing with illiterate support reps of all other banks in case if there is any issue ever.
