i added 500 rs in crown wallet 2 days ago now my balance is 552 ( may be some offer for new user )
but i want to buy amazon gift voucher but it showing 0 eligible to redeem
oppps insufficient eligible to redeem crown error
same with pvr bookmyshow now what i can do ?

brother you need to wait for atlesat 48hrs till the whole 500rs get eligible for purchasing

Amazon vouchers are available against crown redemption but not for purchase.
