More than one month passed since my IOB (Indian Overseas bank) debit card stopped working online. only ATM withdrawal working ,
Contacted branch manager, nodal officer , done everything but card declines every payment , even during UPI registration I am getting card declined error
Please suggest me solution , How do I unblock my partially blocked card , staff in IOB is noob be it branch manager or nodal officer they don’t know what is the problem .
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Probably they(system) disabled online usage after some suspicious transaction.
Give a written complaint in your branch and email that copy online to customer care.
Only enquiries don’t help, they know the issue but lazy.
Else spend little to get new debit card(charges apply)
